Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read this before you confirm your booking.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your booking free of penalty up to 24 hours before your check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
- If you do not arrive on your check-in date (a no-show), the booking is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
- Applicable charges are deducted before the refund is made.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Call or WhatsApp us on +91 96639 90760 or email naayabsuites@gmail.com with your name, booking reference and dates. We will confirm the cancellation and any refund amount in writing.
